Like any technology, body cameras can be used to promote public good or as an extension of government violence. Left unchecked, there is little doubt where the pendulum swings. Linked are sensible guidelines to ensure they are a force for good. I am sure no such thing will ever be implemented in the US. Government is violence…it cannot be any other way.
